STIPULATIONS FOR BOOKING

For Anthony's rates please fill out the booking request form and submit. Please read the other stipulations. 

You will be required to fill out a form that stipulates the dates you are interested in booking, the work you want Anthony to do on this trip, and video links of the dancers Anthony will be working with. No decisions on bookings can be approved without this form being filled out in full. 

If you have been approved for booking an invoice will be prepared and sent to to you via email. You will be required to make a deposit in the amount of 20% of the total bill to confirm your dates with Anthony. All deposits must be paid at least one month in advance of the date of work beginning. All deposits are non-refundable except in the case that Anthony cancels for professional work that comes up last second. In this case refunds will be sent within 24 hours of the cancelation. 

All rates are FINAL, they are not for negotiation and are current for this dance season regardless if you are a new or existing client. To keep it fair to all schools and teachers these are the rates everyone is required to pay.  

Anthony will book all of his own travel. This will be because of the hectic nature of his travel schedule. Reimbursement in the full amount of an economy ticket for his inbound travel is required for all bookings at the time of settling the final balance of the trip. 

Lodging will be at the discretion of the booking party however it is required to be in a hotel of some kind and not in a residence of the producer of the event, or the residence of a friend of the producer of the event.  

Transportation to and from the airport, to and from the hotel to the studio or performance venue is required by the producer of the event. In the event that the producer can’t provide transportation reimbursement for uberx must be provided at the time of settling the final bill. 

If your studio does not have a wood floor for Anthony to work on, you MUST provide a small portable wood floor for him to work on. Anthony often works seven days per week/every week and the health of his body is contingent on the surface he works on. All work will be canceled with no refund of the deposit if the appropriate flooring is not provided. For more information on where you can get a small portable floor go to sprungfloors.com.
